The future is Web 3.0 and Sustainability, but there’s a huge knowledge gap. How can we overcome this?

The cryptocurrency market has grown rapidly over the past few years - from less than $20bn at the beginning of 2017 to $3tn in 2021. Despite this, studies show that around 98% of the public still do not grasp the basic concepts of blockchain such as Bitcoin, stable coins or NFTs.

Similarly, on sustainability, I think we all know now that pollution is bad - but did you know that research shows we will go extinct ourselves if wildlife extinctions do not slow down? And the leading cause of animal extinctions is still habitat loss.

Covid has forced us further into a more digital world - where blockchain and gaming have skyrocketed, and information about everything is available to people. But highlighting everything is highlighting nothing, and there’s a vast gap between what people such as blockchain enthusiasts know, and what the rest of the world does.
