Balanced Utilities

The Flying Fox Token ($FFOX) will be built upon the Polygon network, for reasons outlined in the technology section. $FFOX is designed as both:

• A governance token, allowing players to join and vote in the Flying Fox Council

• A utility token, with numerous utilities throughout the game such as:

  • A medium of exchange, allowing users to purchase in-game NFTs assets.

  • A rewards token, earned through various in-game challenges.

  • A stakeable token, encouraging long-term holding through rewards.

As the core in-game currency for Flying Fox: Endangered World metaverse, Flying Fox tokens ($FFOX) have a lot of utilities. Specific utilities include:

• Players can earn $FFOX tokens through successfully competing in virtual challenges and completing virtual education courses within Flying Fox: Endangered World.

• $FFOX tokens are at the centre of the Flying Fox: Endangered World metaverse economy. They can be used within the Flying Fox ecosystem to purchase customisable upgrades for your flying fox character, and the home your characters are stored in, which will be visible to other players.

• $FFOX tokens can be used to purchase your own unique endangered animal avatar in the form of an NFT, along with other in-game items. This will become available as part of our metaverse marketplace.

• $FFOX holders will be able to drive the game’s development through a decentralised voting system known as the Flying Fox Council. The Flying Fox Council model needs time to grow and be adopted for it be successful, so decisions will be gradually introduced.
